Family reunion of EU and non EU citizens
Foreign nationals with a valid residency in Portugal are entitled to invite family members staying outside national territory. The foreign national with a valid permit can invite his/her spouse, dependent children (below 18) and parents. The family members are entitled to the same duration as the applicant for the residence.
